I’M A BUSINESS AND LEADERSHIP CONSULTANT, A STRATEGIST, A WORK-LOVER BUT A HUSTLE-HATER.

A client once said that when she couldn’t see the wood for the trees, I showed her both the trees and the path through…and I’ve failed to find a better way to explain what I do ever since.

I’m a business and leadership consultant, a strategist, a work-lover but a hustle-hater. I don’t know if it’s because I’m dyslexic, a Projector, a middle child (or maybe it’s because I’m a fine blend of all three), but problem solving was, ironically, never much of a problem for me. I’ve always been able to distil big ideas into their simplest forms, untangle knots to form straight lines, and find the way through.

I now do that day in, day out for my clients: six figure female founders who know that something needs to change in their business to give them the space and the joy they desire.

I genuinely, deeply believe we deserve to spend our one wild life doing what we love. Big, dreamy, audacious goals light my soul on fire - but comfort and contentment will always be my compass.

I’ll drive the long way home to snap 800 pictures of a sunset. If you cut me open, I’d bleed hot chocolate. And I would sell my soul for those compliment-giving earrings from Aquamarine.

2000s chick flicks and rom-coms are my default background noise. Honestly, I just love love. When I’m not head-over-heels in a book, I’m either swooning over strangers’ meet-cute stories…or falling for a farm animal I definitely cannot bring home (I already have a seal dog at home, and she’s my everything).

MY JOURNEY

It might feel like magic, but it’s actually a mixture of psychology, neuroscience, and leadership.

2019: PSYCHOLOGY DEGREE

During my Psychology Degree, we were taught that as counsellors, we’re not allowed to give clients the answers. There I was, itching in my seat, asking my lecturers if I could just gently suggest a few ideas to my clients…(and by “gently suggest”, I mean I had their dream life plan and 10-step strategy mapped out in my head before the session ended.)

2020-2022:

So, I switched back to my career in operations. That’s when the snowball started.  I was suddenly climbing a ladder I didn’t even realise I’d stepped on. (Or more accurately, being airlifted up by one of those helicopter rescue lifts.) I was being handed more responsibility than I knew what to do with. A few promotions and a leadership diploma later and I was at the top of my game. My path made sense to everyone else. But something felt off.  I was craving more LIFE.

2023:

The solution: I started an Online Business Management agency. Living the full-on Hannah Montana double life, taking client calls from my car on my lunch break while showing up as a full-time Project Manager by day.

2024:

Within 12 months, I had a team of 6, hired my then-boyfriend (now fiancé!), quit my job, bought our dream house and lived happily ever after…

(Kidding, but we’re almost there)

2025:

The agency was thriving, but I’d replaced my 9–5 with a 7–7. I’d made all the mistakes I now teach my clients not to make. Complex business model, overdelivering, non-existent boundaries, messy onboarding and team processes. I was my own worst nightmare.

So, I tore it all down and rebuilt it — the right way. I finally accepted that I’m not here to carry out the steps. I’m here to see the answers. Enter: my consultancy era. I haven’t looked back.

I followed my own frameworks, re-hired, re-built, and haven’t stopped refining.

2026:

Now? My business gives me space. It gives me the life I was craving back when something felt off and I was hopping from meeting room to meeting room. And I get to support other entrepreneurs to do the same.

To breathe life and space into their businesses, without sacrificing any of the growth and potential they know they are made for.
