MEET YOUR BUSINESS CONSULTANT + STRATEGIST
Hustle-hater. Scalable strategy specialist. Business detective. Middle child. (AKA - certified problem-solver and irrationally calm in the storm)
I don’t know if it’s because I’m dyslexic and had to work a little harder at school, but I’ve always had this ability to distill big, complex ideas down to their simplest, clearest form. It’s like my brain zooms out, sees the full picture, and then *click* the pathway and solution just appears.
I’ll drive the long way home to snap 800 pictures of a sunset. If you cut me open, I’d bleed hot chocolate. And I would sell my soul for those compliment-giving earrings from Aquamarine.
2000s chick flicks and rom-coms are my default background noise. Honestly, I just love love. When I’m not head-over-heels in a book, I’m either swooning over strangers’ meet-cute stories… or falling for a farm animal I definitely cannot bring home.
I genuinely, deeply believe we deserve to spend our one wild life doing what we love. Big, dreamy, audacious goals light my soul on fire - but comfort and contentment will always be my compass.
Walking the line between ambition and ease, between striving and stillness…that’s what gets me out of bed in the morning. That’s the sweet spot I help my clients find.
Because you really can have both: A business that takes you places you can’t even imagine yet - driven by a strategy that gives you a life overflowing with peace.
But you want to know what makes me the Real Deal, right?
And I get it. I would too. I’ve been around the business block and there’s a lot of pretty promises, but I’m here for practical results.
Let’s start at the start: Hard-working, over-achieving perfectionist - but Dyslexic. My brain was WIRED to find a solution and a workaround.
Psychology Degree and a love for understanding people. I spent years drowning in the theory thinking counselling was my calling. I doubled down on it… until I realised I couldn’t give my clients the answers.
So there I was, itching in my seat, asking my lecturers if I could just gently suggest a few ideas to my clients…(Who am I kidding — I had their dream life plan and 10-step strategy mapped out in my head before the session even ended.)
So, I switched back to my career in operations.
That’s when the snowball started. I was suddenly climbing a ladder I didn’t even realise I’d stepped on - or more accurately, getting airlifted up by one of those helicopter rescue lifts. I was being handed more responsibility than I knew what to do with.
A few promotions and a leadership diploma later and I was at the top of my game. My path made sense to everyone else.
But something felt off. I was craving more LIFE.
The solution: I started an Online Business Management agency. Living the full-on Hannah Montana double life, taking client calls from my car on my lunch break while still showing up as a full-time Project Manager.
Within 12 months, I had a team of 6, hired my then-boyfriend (now fiancé!), quit my job, bought our dream house and lived happily ever after…
(Kidding, but we’re almost there, promise.)
The agency was thriving, but I’d replaced my 9–5 with a 7–7. I’d made all the mistakes I now teach my clients not to make. Overdelivering, non-existent boundaries, messy onboarding and team processes. I was my own worst nightmare.
So, I tore it all down and rebuilt it — the right way.
I finally accepted that I’m not here to carry out the steps. I’m here to see the answers. That’s when I stepped into consultancy, and I haven’t looked back.
I followed my own frameworks, re-hired, re-built, and I’ll never stop refining
Now? My business gives me space. It gives me the life I was craving back when something felt off and I was hopping from meeting room to meeting room. And I get to support other entrepreneurs to do the same.
